I'm an intelligent person, why should I hire a freelance writer?
We live in a fast-paced society that is only getting faster. With corporate downsizing and increased workloads, employees simply do not have the time to be proficient in all areas of responsibility, nor do they need to be.
By hiring me, you can reduce your costs with the "task specific" help you need, when you need it. I will provide a fresh perspective and new enthusiasm, while producing quality work on time and on budget. In short, I will make your life easier.
What does your fee include?
The quoted fee includes idea formulation, research, an agreed upon number of meetings or conference calls, writing, and two rounds of reasonable revisions. Additional costs may include, but are not limited to, out of pocket expenses such as long distance phone calls, travel costs, and delivery fees.
Do you charge for the first meeting?
No. The initial consultation is free of charge. At this point, we'll discuss the parameters of your project, the deadlines, my portfolio and abilities, and basically determine if a business relationship is feasible.
What are the terms?
One-half of the contracted amount will be due upfront, with the balance paid at negotiable checkpoints.
Are revisions included?
Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included in any contracted price. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate. Prices quoted are for copy only. Additional services may be billed separately.
